Tinder wants to build brand love, but here’s the deal: Gen Z doesn’t like Tinder.
Tinder asked us to create a campaign from August 1 to December 15, 2021, that accomplishes two main goals. Our primary goal is to grow brand love for Tinder by increasing brand consideration, preference, and sentiment. The secondary goal is to increase new registrations and reactivations among 18 and 19 year-olds.
After hours upon weeks of research, we found a common thread - Gen Z feels the pressure to have everything figured out. We used this as the leading light in our campaign and gave the target a reason to NOT accept this pressure, a reason to act your age.
